Payment

Domain names:
Full payment is required in advance before any domain names are registered.

Hosting:
Hosting is billed monthly and Annually determined by the hosting plan chosen by Client. At least one months payment is required before hosting account is setup.

Website design and development services:
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm client order then the balance will be due within 7 days of final invoice date. We will issue an invoice when website has been completed to match clients confirmed requirements. Upon receiving written confirmation of the client's order Redfire Creative will design the client's website to the exact requirements specified. The website will then be hosted on Redfire Creative's preview domain for the client to view it. After the clients order has been received an invoice will be issued.

We accept the following payment methods:

+ Check made payable to Redfire Creative.
+ Money Orders made payable to Redfire Creative.
+ Credit / Debit Card through PayPal.

Website
It is advisable for clients to follow all instructions issued by Redfire Creative to ensure that their websites remain intact and available to the public domain at all times. Redfire Creative may charge an additional fee should it be necessary to rectify a problem caused by the client which would become payable in advance.

Authorization
The Client authorizes The Company to access Client’s web host server to upload and download files as needed from the Client directory for the purposes of creating a website. The Client authorizes use of Client’s logo and all brand identification in the creation of the website. The Client also authorizes The Company to submit Client’s site to search engines and to any other directories requested by the Client for marketing purposes. If necessary, the Client authorizes The Company to purchase a domain, stock photography, and any other services or materials required for the express purpose of the creation of the Client’s website.

Fees
Fees for website service are provided in a digital proposal provided to client prior to project launch. Before Redfire Creative will begin work on the website, Client must sign and return this contract with the initial payment of half of the total estimate quoted. A final bill will be delivered to the Client upon completion of a project.

Deliverables
Once final balance of project is paid in full the website will be available for go-live either on Redfire Creative servers or client server as requested by client.*

* Completed website projects that are not immediately published live to the world wide web are hosted for a period of 90 days at Redfire Creative's expense. After 90 days client is responsible to either (1) Provide alternate hosting to move website files to - or (2) Select a monthly hosting plan with Redfire Creative.

Hosting
All websites hosted on Redfire Creative servers must utilize a Hosting Plan provided by Redfire Creative. All hosting fees are billed at the beginning of each month for the prior months service. Hosting invoices are automatically charged to the credit card provided by client at the time a hosting plan is selected. 

Interruption of service
All hosting plans are billed monthly. If payment is not made or an automatic payment is declined, clients website may be suspended or removed from Redfire Creative servers.

Abandonment of a project
Should a client cease communication for more than 90 days, or delay the launch of a completed project  for more than 180 days, the project will be considered abandoned. If a project is abandoned, Redfire Creative shall maintain hosted website files and databases for a period of 180 days. It is the clients responsibility to request copies of digital files and data bases within this 180 period. Redfire Creative servers are updated periodically and all inactive accounts are removed unless a client has arranged for inactive files to be hosted on a monthly hosting plan.

Reinstatement of a project
If a project is abandoned, client may request Redfire Creative to reinstate the project within 180 days for a fee equal to 50% of the original project scope. After 180 days all files are removed from Redfire Creative servers and are no longer available. In this event any project will be considered a NEW project. The new project will require a new scope of work and fee. No exceptions.

General Terms
+ Redfire Creative does NOT allow any illegal material to be hosted on our servers
+ Your hosting accounts may NOT be used to host a collection of MP3s, Warez, or to backup your computer or another source
+ You may NOT use your hosting account for general storage of any type
+ All content stored on your hosting account must be directly used on the Internet by the website associated with your account
+ Your hosting account may NOT be used as a download distribution point for your software or media
+ All hosting accounts are to be used for standard web practices only. This means that all content stored on your account must be used for "acceptable" website use only
+ All data stored in your hosting account must be directly related to your website.
+ You may NOT store more data in your account than your allocated disc space
+ You must NOT divulge access passwords to any other person, and you should take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not discovered by other people
+ Data stored on Redfire Creative servers is NOT guaranteed to be backed up. It is recommended that you keep an independent backup of all your data and files stored on our servers. Redfire Creative can NOT be held responsible for any loss or damage of data. Remember, please back everything up
+ Redfire Creative shall NOT be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services
+ When your hosting account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted
+ Redfire Creative reserves the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice
+ To protect your privacy we NEVER distribute your name or e-mail address to any third parties
+ Users must NOT participate in any form of un-solicited bulk e-mailing or spam
+ To control spamming on our servers Redfire Creative has restricted the number of emails you are allowed to send within a one hour period to 200 (two hundred)
+ By logging into your hosting account, or uploading files to it, you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
+ Redfire Creative reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice if we find that any of these terms have been broken

 

Web Pages:
Commercial use of web and ftp space is permitted.  The client will be responsible for the content of their pages, including obtaining the legal permission for any works they include and ensuring that the contents of these pages do not violate U.S. law.  The client will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any defamatory, confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your pages.  Redfire Creative reserves the right to remove material deemed inappropriate from your web pages, without prior notice. Redfire Creative does NOT allow any illegal or adult orientated material to be hosted on their servers.
